Bob has practiced as a landscape architect for over 40 years specialising in biodiverse and sustainable landscapes. A life-long interest in aquatic environments, wildlife and botany led naturally to Bob becoming a pioneer of Creative Rainwater Management - also known as Sustainable Drainage Systems or SuDS - in the UK.

Ella began her career at publishing and education multinational Pearson PLC. She then worked for over ten years in Channel Four’s award-winning Legal and Compliance department, working with editorial teams, and managing programmes through the compliance process.
Louise Harvey

Landscape Architect
Louise has worked across a variety of projects from large masterplanning schemes, housing developments, schools and SuDS retrofitting both within the UK and abroad. She is currently on her Pathway to Chartership with the Landscape Institute.

Kevin has worked in a wide range of design-focussed landscape architecture, architectural and multi-disciplinary practices in a 23 year-long career specialising in sustainable design.
Judith Puckmayr
Judith Puckmayr
Senior Landscape Architect
Judith has been working as a Landscape Architect for over 12 years in the UK and Austria. From the beginning of her career, designing with water has been at the heart of every project she has worked on. She has extensive experience in designing and integrating imaginative and playful Sustainable Drainage systems into developments, both as new designs as well as retrofit schemes. She also regularly delivers SuDS training for Local Authorities and Transport for London.

Assistant Landscape Architect
Jo has recently joined RBA having completed her MA in Landscape Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire. She has a background in ecology and GIS and has worked in both private and public sector organisations. She has over 20 years experience of working closely with plants and brings this knowledge to her projects.
Anwen Victory
Anwen Victory
Associate Landscape Architect
Anwen has 15 years’ experience practicing Landscape Architecture and Urban Design in the UK. She has wide ranging project experience from masterplanning green infrastructure for major new settlements to city centre regeneration, social housing, schools, universities, and hospitals, at all project stages. Anwen lectures in Landscape Architecture at University of Gloucestershire.
Anna Summers
Anna Summers
Senior Landscape Architect
Anna has been working as a Landscape Architect for over 15 years during and has worked on a diverse range and scale of projects including large-scale design to smaller scale detail design schemes including housing schemes, Academies and schools. More recently Anna has worked on a river regeneration scheme, proposals for SuDS within a London public park and retrofit SuDS for two Brighton streetscapes.
Morag Cartwright

Assistant Landscape Architect
Morag is currently studying Landscape Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire working with us part-time as she completes her final year.

Where are we?

We are based in Stroud, nestled in the beautiful Cotswold hills, in one of the hundreds of old mills that pepper our valleys.

Located on a high-speed rail line  from London to Cheltenham, we are able to sustainably travel to sites throughout the UK.
